About ‘Eenadu’ Movie:

Kamal Haasan and Venkatesh fans can now look forward to an exciting new feature film “EENADU”. Directed by Chakri Tolleti, “EENADU”stars south Indian superstars Kamal Haasan and Venkatesh. The film has been jointly produced by Raajkamal Films International and UTV’s Ronnie Screwvala.

“EENADU” is being released simultaneously in two languages Tamil and Telugu on 18th of September 2009 all over South India. The duration of the film is 1 hour and 45 minutes.“EENADU”. will be one of the first films shot using latest digital technology – the Redcam. The extraordinarily high quality of shooting with the Redcam at 4K resolutions
combined with the comfort of digital storage and digital transfer provides for truly stunning imagery in “EENADU”.
Quite unique in its genre, the film is an edge-of-the-seat action-thriller, a one-upmanship race between two exciting individuals portrayed by Kamal Haasan and Venkatesh, a detailed story of the intricacies involved in the war against terrorism.

With excellent performances from both Kamal Haasan and Venkatesh performing as opponents for the first time in a multi starrer,“EENADU” hopes to revive the multi-starrer genre in Telugu cinema. Venkatesh is keen to explore more roles in multi-starrers. Venkatesh has shot for around 35 days for “EENADU” and his character lasts for about 45 minutes in the film.Shruti Haasan, Kamal Haasan’s daughter has scored the background music alongwith 3 songs in the film. The producers of the film are planning a special release in all the centres where Kamal Haasan and Venkatesh have a huge fan following. Amma Arts Creations will be releasing the Telugu version of “EENADU”

NAMO VENKATESA

The shooting schedule for “NAMO VENKATESA” in Europe was completed recently. Various scenes with the main stars of the film Venkatesh, Trisha, Brahmanandam , Ali, Raghu Babu and Giridhar were shot in the exotic locales of Germany, Austria and Iceland. 3 songs were shot in exotic locales of Europe and completely untapped and exclusive locations of Iceland for the first time. The crew had to battle with ice cold and windy conditions in Iceland, however the stunning visuals captured make their entire effort truly exhilarating.

“NAMO VENKATESA” is scheduled to release in the month of Sankranti early next year. Venkatesh plays a ventriloquist in the film and took special training to understand the nuances and techniques of ventriloquism.

The next schedule for “NAMO VENKATESA” is soon to start in Hyderabad. The film is jointly produced by M/s Suresh Productions and 14 Reels Entertainment, directed by Seenu Vaitla.

GANGA

“GANGA” an out and out mainstream masala film directed by Amma Rajshekhar and jointly produced by Suresh Productions and Nalamalapu Srinivas (Bujji) is ready to go on the floor this month.“GANGA” will be a treat for Venkatesh fans that have been waiting to see him in an action thriller after Lakshmi and Tulasi.

The shooting for the film is due to start shortly on a massive set being erected at Gandipet. Industry sources estimate the costs of the set to be over 1 Crore.
